SHIPPING

Shipping via UPS which typically takes between 2 and 8 business days. International shipping typically takes between 10-16 business days. MossHound Designs is not responsible for any delays occurring during transit.

IMPORT FEES & TAXES

Import taxes, duties and other fees might still apply on your order. When a package is delivered internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

DELIVERY

Once your tapestry is packaged and ready for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your UPS tracking number. A cell phone number is required at checkout so that you can receive text notifications from UPS regarding the expected delivery and delivery confirmation.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because of the time and effort it takes to create these pieces, returns will be accepted on a case by case basis.

If you are truly unhappy with your purchase, please send an email to nicole@mosshounddesigns.com.

No returns or exchanges are permitted for custom pieces or deposits for purchases/commissions.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit to you. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Nicole@MossHoundDesigns.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
